MEMBERSHIP FEES
Membership fees are payable upon application and are subject to annual renewal. Members may cancel their membership at any time; however, the following refund policy applies:

If cancellation occurs within the first 6 months of the membership year, a 50% refund may be granted, provided a valid business justification is submitted.

No refunds will be issued after 6 months from the start of the membership year.

All approved refunds will be subject to a 20% administrative fee, based on the original membership fee.

CERTIFICATION PROGRAMS AND OTHER PROGRAMS/EVENTS
In the unlikely event that a program or class is cancelled or postponed by the organizer, a full refund will be issued.
If you are unable to attend the program/class for which you have registered, and you provide at least 14 full days’ notice prior to the scheduled date, you will be eligible for a refund. Please note that a 20% administrative fee will be deducted from the original amount paid.
